Automated Stream Uptime Verification
SpinRadio uses automated health probes to test audio stream availability. Our bot performs HTTP HEAD requests to audio mountpoints, measuring response times and HTTP status codes. If a server does not support HEAD requests, the bot falls back to a limited Byte-Range GET request (0–1024 bytes) to verify actual audio payload delivery without consuming excessive station bandwidth.
